Lessons

Lessons are designed to follow a step-by-step sequential method ensuring success. The lessons are carefully graded so that the student can make meaningful progress and have fun along the way.

Each student will be scheduled for a weekly private lesson. This is where the beginning student starts developing basic skills. Students learn the hows and whys of good technique. The student is introduced to playing duets with the teacher as soon as possible. This enables the student to enjoy an ensemble experience from the very beginning.

Group classes are scheduled in addition to the weekly private lesson. The group class plays an essential role in the methodology. In items of performance, however, it is particularly important in offering a format for increasing confidence and enjoyment.
